Our meeting and event space is sized from 645 to 1722 square feet and can accommodate groups of 6 to 300. We feature three meeting rooms with comfortable, modern furniture that offers the flexibility for a wide variety of setups.

Additionally, the meeting rooms can be combined for a larger space. Two of some of the meeting rooms have direct access to a private terrace. The Stadia Terrace has a wooden deck floor that covers a 3283 square feetarea and features a beautiful design with wood and crystal walls that protect from the outside elements and is a pleasant environment in any kind of weather. The terrace also has a professional sound system built in.

No matter what services you may need for your meeting or special event, Stadia Suites can assist. With regard to equipment, we can provide video projectors, smooth white walls to project on, conference equipment, foldable screens, headsets, microphones, whiteboards, flipcharts, laptops, high-speed wireless and wired Internet connections, telephone lines, podiums, and more.

If you will be incorporating food and beverages into your event, we can assist with banquet service, cocktail service, working lunches, lounge furniture, waiters, outdoor heaters, ambient music, decoration, entertainment, and more.
