All charges will be applied in local currency (Mexican Pesos MXN), the rates confirmed in US Dollars (USD) will be charged according to the exchange rate valid at Stadía Suites Mexico City Santa Fe at the moment of the payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or Modifications confirmed after the established time according to the accepted policy in your booking detail will be applied a one-night penalty.

Flexible:
Must be made before 18:00hrs. (local time) on the same day of the arrival, to avoid a one-night penalty. 

Moderate:
Must be made 24 hours prior to arrival date and before 15:00hrs. (local time), to avoid a one-night penalty. 

Strict:
We are not allowed to modify or cancel the booking since it has been confirmed. Any change of dates, name, or room type must have a penalty.

Check-In – Check-Out

Our official Check-In time is 15:00 hours.

  • If the guest needs the Suite before 08:00 hours, you must book one night earlier than your arrival date.
  • If the guest needs the Suite between 08:00 and 12:00 hours (noon) we must apply an additional fee of 50% of the 1st night rate booked.
  • If the guest needs the Suite after 12:00 hours, we can provide it only if at that moment we have Suites available and ready to use without additional fees. We cannot assure the Suite before 15:00 hours because of the cleaning process.  Our official Check-Out time is 13:00 hours.
  • Following the provisions of the NOM-010-TUR-2001 standard, 50 minutes of tolerance are garanted to leave after the established time, without penalty.
  • If the guest needs the Suite after 13:50 until 18:00 hours) we must apply an additional fee of 50% of the 1st night rate booked.
  • If the guest departs after 18:00 hours, we must charge an additional night fee.

We cannot assure the Early Check-In and/or Late-Check out with or without additional fee, because we depend on the availability at the requesting time.
 

Early Departure

If the guest needs Check-Out before the confirmed date, it has to be notified within 24 hours before 
the real departure date at Front Desk área before 15:00 hours to avoid any penalty.


Additional person

In no case may the number of people staying in each suite be greater than that confirmed in the 
reservation, and according to the maximum capacity of each suite, otherwise it is considered an 
extra adult person. 

Niños mayores de 11 años 0 meses serán considerados como persona adulta.

  • Children older than 11 years 0 months will be considered as an adult.
  • If the number of guest in a room, exceeds the maximum capacity set by Stadía Suites México City Santa Fe, a charge of $700.00 MXN per person (tax included) to the guest's bill

Pets

Short stay, 1 to 6 nights:

Dog or Cat: $490.00 MXN (tax included), nightly rate.

Medium stay,7 to 20 nights: Dog or Cat: $406.00 MXN (tax included), nightly rate.

Long stay, 21 nights or more: Dog or Cat: $232.00 MXN (tax included), nightly rate.

*Charge per room, per night; valid for up to 2 pets per room. Guests must register their pet at the front desk and sign the applicable regulations. Pet charges include in-room pet amenities; room assignments are restricted to designated pet-friendly areas.

*The pet charge applies to all pets, including emotional support animals. This charge is waived exclusively for guide dogs.

 


100% smoke-free hotel in interior spaces

In compliance with Mexican law, all of our rooms are Smoke Free. If you choose to smoke in your Suite, a penalty of $3,000.00 MXN (including tax) will be charged to your account, per case. If you break the rule after 3 times, we are going to ask the payment and your early departure immediately.

Parking Regulations

1. Facilities and Use
a) Users must read and comply with these guidelines.
b) The parking lot’s access and exit control system operates via a ticket or card.
c) Vehicles must have their headlights on when driving within the parking lot.
d) The maximum speed limit is 10 km/h.
e) Strictly obey all traffic signs, such as directional arrows, etc.
f) Only one parking space may be used per vehicle.
g) Parking is prohibited in:
     • Areas not marked for parking.
     • Traffic aisles.
     • Access ramps.
     • Areas marked as “Exclusive,” “No Parking,” or for “People with Disabilities.”


2. User Responsibility
a) The ticket or card is non-transferable and valid for parking a single vehicle; it is also exclusive to the authorized user, regardless of the number of times the user enters or exits the parking lot.
     • Ticket: In case of loss, it must be reported immediately to management; a replacement will cost $250.00 MXN.
     • Card: If the access card is lost, it must be reported immediately to management. A replacement will cost $300.00 MXN.
b) Respect all individuals within the parking lot at all times; do not disrupt the peace and/or use offensive language.
c) Each user will be legally liable for any damage and/or harm caused to third parties, whether to their property or persons.
d) Users who have a parking permit must keep their vehicle and owner information up to date with the administration; in the event of any changes, the Building Administration must be notified.


3. Disciplinary Measures
The company reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part and at any time, the right to use the parking lot:
a) When users within the parking lot disrupt order, infringe upon the rights of others, act contrary to good morals, violate the provisions of other applicable parking regulations, or hinder or prevent the use of the parking lot’s facilities or services.
b) Anyone caught misusing a ticket or card will be penalized, without exception, by having their parking access suspended.
c) Access to the parking facility will not be permitted while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


Be sure not to leave your vehicle with open windows, trunk, doors, or sunroof. The company is NOT liable for:
lost items, mechanical or electrical failures, or incidents involving windows and tires. Any incident not covered by the provisions set forth herein will be subject to review by an adjudication committee.

Parking Hours

The parking service is available 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday. For security reasons, the gates are closed from 9:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. the following day. If you need to enter or exit the parking lot during these hours, you must notify the front desk so that the gates can be opened.
Acceptance of these regulations implies knowledge of and agreement to the conditions described herein.
