DE C.V., and/or STADIA SUITES QUERETARO CENTRO HISTORICO or any company within the same business group (hereinafter: “STADIA SUITES”). It is of paramount importance to STADIA SUITES to ensure the proper use of your personal data, which we consider confidential in accordance with the terms of this Notice, the LFPDPPP, and other applicable secondary regulations in force, as well as national and international laws governing the processing of your information. In order to guarantee privacy and the right to informational self-determination and the protection of personal data, STADIA SUITES may collect your data through the following means: (i) in person, when you, as the Data Subject, provide it physically at our facilities, (ii) directly, when you enter it through our website https://stadiasuites.com, (iii) directly, when you provide it by telephone, (iv) indirectly, when other companies transfer it to us, and (v) indirectly, when it is obtained through publicly accessible sources permitted by the LFPDPPP; That is why STADIA SUITES provides you with this comprehensive privacy notice (hereinafter: the “Privacy Notice”)—prior to collecting personal data—in strict compliance with the principles of information, lawfulness, consent, quality, purpose, fairness, proportionality, and accountability—as set forth in the LFPDPPP.

Personal data to be processed

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we inform you that STADIA SUITES will collect the following data from you:

  1. Identification data: Full name, marital status, signature, gender, age, date of birth, institution or company, position, Tax ID Number (RFC), official identification, and/or accompanying persons.
  2. Contact information: Address, email address, home, mobile, and/or work phone numbers.
  3. Financial data: Full name of the cardholder, bank, credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code.
  4. Asset information: Vehicle details (model, color, and license plate number).
  5. Billing Information: Full name or business name of the taxpayer, Federal Taxpayer Registry (Tax ID number), tax address.
  6. Preference Information: Related to the room, lounges, and/or services required and/or reason for and travel preferences, language, special dates (birthdays, anniversaries, among others), itinerary, and emergency contact information.
  7. Image data that may be collected through the video surveillance system at the STADIA SUITES facilities.

 Please be advised that STADIA SUITES may collect your information through various sources, including:

  • In person. - When you request or receive any of the services provided by STADIA SUITES
  • Directly. - When you provide us with your personal data to request our accommodation services, make a reservation, or participate in promotions, offers, or apply for available positions, whether through our website, other means such as social media, WhatsApp, Instagram, or by phone.
  • Indirectly. - From any other commercially available information sources and/or agencies, or those permitted by law. 


Express identification of sensitive personal data being processed

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2, Sections V and VI, and Article 16 of the LFPDPPP, we hereby inform you that STADIA SUITES will use the following personal data considered sensitive and requiring special protection: specifically, data related to your basic and general health status.
 

Purposes of collecting personal data

The personal data that STADIA SUITES will collect will be used for the following purposes:

Primary Purposes:

  1. To process your reservation and registration as a guest and/or customer and/or visitor at our STADIA SUITES facilities.
  2. To confirm your identity, check-in and check-out, reservation, and any guests or attendees.
  3. To create a guest stay record.
  4. Issuing keys for access to assigned rooms and STADIA SUITES facilities.
  5. To bill for services reserved or contracted during your stay
  6. Issuing an invoice.
  7. Offering benefits and gifts.
  8. Registration of visitors wishing to access STADIA SUITES facilities.
  9. Ensuring, based on the guest and visitor registry, the safety of all individuals present at STADIA SUITES facilities.

If you do not wish to provide this information, we reserve the right to deny you access to our facilities, as well as to make a reservation for you as a guest and/or customer and/or visitor at our STADIA SUITES facilities.

Secondary Purposes:
If you do not object, STADIA SUITES will process your personal data to carry out any or all of the following secondary purposes:

  1. Conduct data analysis and statistics.
  2. Sending communications for marketing and advertising purposes


OPTIONS AND MEANS THAT “STADIA SUITES” OFFERS TO DATA SUBJECTS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Personal data will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the security, administrative, technical, and physical measures that “STADIA SUITES” implements in its security policies and procedures. Its unlawful disclosure is prohibited, and its use by third parties is limited, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
 

Means for exercising the data subject’s rights (ARCO Rights)

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information when it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases when you believe it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set forth in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

Data subjects may exercise their rights of rectification, access, cancellation, opposition, disclosure, or revocation by sending an email to datospersonales@stadiasuites.com. In addition to the above, they must also submit a written request to the branch office located at Av. Universidad Poniente #370, La Piedad, 76150 Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, México,  The request must be addressed to “STADIA SUITES,” citing this Privacy Notice as a reference. It will be acknowledged with a receipt, and to process your request, you must provide the following information:

  • The full name of the data subject, address, and email address, so that a response to your request can be sent.
  • Documents proving the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the data subject.
  • A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which a right is being exercised.
  • Any other document or information that facilitates the identification of the personal data.
  • In the case of rectification of personal data, the data subject must specify the changes they wish to make and attach the documentation supporting their request.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

“STADIA SUITES,” its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, and its officers may, at any time, transfer data to:

  • Its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates.
  • Third-party service providers for the fulfillment of legal obligations incurred by “STADIA SUITES” or by any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates.
  • Third-party service providers to comply with legal obligations incurred by the data subject with “STADIA SUITES” or with any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates.
  • Third-party service providers for the purpose of complying with legal obligations, in accordance with current tax regulations.
  • Third parties resulting from a corporate restructuring, including a merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation, or transfer of assets.
  • To the Tax Administration Service, in connection with the processes of issuing and sending Digital Tax Receipts via the Internet. 
  • To the entities, agencies, or authorities required by the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illicit Funds, its Regulations, the General Rules, and other provisions arising therefrom.
  • Other disclosures provided for in the aforementioned Law and its Regulations.

Third parties and entities receiving personal data, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, have the same obligation to protect the data they receive.
 
The data subject who: I) submits any request; II) provides their personal data because they are interested in entering into a legal or commercial relationship with “STADIA SUITES,” its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates; or, III) has a contractual relationship with “STADIA SUITES,” its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, accepts the transfer of personal data under the terms described in this Privacy Notice.

STADIA SUITES will respond to you regarding whether your request is valid or not within a period not exceeding 20 (twenty) calendar days. If the request is valid, STADIA SUITES must fulfill it within the following 15 (fifteen) calendar days. Furthermore, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, STADIA SUITES reserves the right to extend the aforementioned deadlines once, provided prior written notice is given.

STADIA SUITES will respond to your request within the indicated timeframe via email and by mail to the address provided by you for this purpose. STADIA SUITES will provide electronic copies of the media on which your personal data may be stored.

STADIA SUITES will respond within the same timeframes that apply to the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection and that are established in this Privacy Notice.
 

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

STADIA SUITES reserves the right to periodically update the Privacy Notice in accordance with changes in information practices, in response to legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision of services. You are recommended and/or required to review the Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice may contain modifications in its updated version, resulting from the applicability of relevant regulations.

Information on the use of cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies: STADIA SUITES uses various technologies to improve the efficiency of its websites, including your experience when browsing these sites. These technologies include the use of third-party cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the browser used by each user so that the server can remember information related to the reservation data provided and/or preferences, which can be used later. This information allows us to identify you and save your personal preferences to provide you with a better browsing experience. Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Notice made available to you and, where applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws.
 
Third parties and entities receiving personal data assume the same obligations and/or responsibilities as “STADIA SUTES,” in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
 

Consent to the processing of personal data

As the data subject, you hereby state that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set forth in the Privacy Notice, which constitutes “free, specific, unambiguous, and informed consent,” including any changes made in updates to the Notice, and regarding the processing of personal data, in compliance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP and other applicable secondary regulations in force, with foreign nationals subject to Mexican law for the processing of their personal data.
